Your scouts were right: two flanks at once. The processing line is where everyone looks, so pin it there with the chest. Then send the horns wide. The left horn takes FX: who sets the rate, and in which message format it travels. The right horn takes settlement risk: who carries the exposure while money is in flight. You don't win by attacking one cost line at a time. First find the leak in the statement, then six questions across both horns. Score seven of nine to clear.
